1. Open outlook apps, on the View tab, select View settings.
2. Select Accounts > Your accounts. You can now add a new account.
3. Under Suggested accounts, enter your email address. Select Continue.
4. Enter Microsoft 365
4. Enter your Microsoft 365 password and click Sign In—if your organization requires multi-factor authentication, provide additional verification at this point.
5. Select Yes, sign in to Yes, all apps after successfully signing in and then click Done.
6. After the new profile is created, click Always use this profile, and then select the newly created profile.
7. Click Apply and then OK to complete the Outlook mail profile setup.
