How to Whitelist a Domain in cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel account by using https://cpanel.example.com

  1. Type “Spam Filters” on the search tools from cPanel

  1. Click the “Edit Spam Whitelist Settings” option

  1. Update the domain you wish to whitelist by clicking “+ Add A New “whitelist_from” item option

  1. Click the “Update Whitelist” option for update system purposes
