How to Whitelist a Domain in cPanel

WHM/cPanel
Log in to cPanel account by using
https://cpanel.example.com
Type “Spam Filters” on the search tools from cPanel
Click the “Edit Spam Whitelist Settings” option
Update the domain you wish to whitelist by clicking “+ Add A New “whitelist_from” item option
Click the “Update Whitelist” option for update system purposes
