Dashboard Page Shows No Data
On some PCs using Windows XP Professional and Internet Explorer 7, the installation of the IE7 security update
MS07-004 (KB 929969) causes the SmarterMail Dashboard to not display any data.
The security update mentioned is important to install, because it is meant to stop the possibility of remote code execution on your machine. See the resolution below to see how to fix the problem while still being able to use the security update.

Actually, this issue is no longer an issue for customers running SmarterMail 9.x or later as the Flash reports referenced in the issue were removed.

In order to resolve this issue, install the Adobe Flash Player version 9.0.28.0 or later. The latest version can be downloaded from the
Adobe Flash Player website.
