Hi Sir,
In order to check or update the configuration of the existing email account, follow these steps:
1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your device.
2. Go to the File tab >> Account Settings page and click on Manage Profiles:
3. Select the Email Accounts and select your email account after click Change:
4. In the next window check the User details information is fill in correct after click on More Settings
5. On the next page, you will see outgoing and incoming server settings.
Make sure all of them are set properly. If any information is set incorrectly, update it for both Incoming setting and Outgoing setting configurations:
Tick the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Email Server Port information:-
IMAP Port (Incoming 143) (Outgoing 587) For None SSL
POP Port (Incoming 110) (Outgoing 587) For None SSL
IMAP Port (Incoming 993) (Outgoing 465) For SSL/TLS
POP Port (Incoming 995) (Outgoing 465) For SSL/TLS
6. Once all details for the incoming and outgoing connection are updated, click OK and save :
7. After click Test Account Setting to check is all connection are completed
8. Click Next to done update new the configuration
